INTERMEDIATE ZONE IMPROVEMENTS PHASE III - Completed
The proposed main will replace 2460ft of thin walled steel water main in Lake Forest Park on:
  • 187th ST between 35th Ave. and 37th Ave and East of 37th Ave. (Schedule A)
  • 37th Ave. from Lake Forest Park Elementary to 188th St. (Schedule B)
  • Ballinger between 35th Ave. and 37th Ave. (Schedule C)
  • 36th Place cul-de-sac  off Ballinger near 35th Ave. (Schedule D)
  • In addition to the new water main there are 2 new fire hydrants and 34 new services which will be installed as part of the project.
  • The Engineers Estimate for the construction project is $419,000 .
